“…I was a patient at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center from October 15th until October 18th. I just wanted to thank your hospital staff, nurses and doctors for the excellent treatment they gave me. I was treated like a princess. They couldn’t do enough for me. It made the hospital stay less scary for me. This was my first time staying at a hospital. I truly appreciate all the kindness and care given to me. I wish everyone at the hospital the best! Thank you!”.

“Dear Dr. Guberman,
It is a tradition in my family at a calendar year’s end to thank all those people who
have made a real difference in our lives during that year and you are definitely at the
top of my list for ‘2024.
I want extend heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care you provided me with when it
came to surgically repairing a severe Lisfranc injury of my right foot.
When I first found out that an operation was necessary, I was terrified, but once I
saw you for a surgical consultation, it was immediately apparent I was in good hands.
Given how much structural damage was done during the nasty fall I suffered on June
I am awed at how skillfully you were able to repair my foot.
I also truly appreciate the tireless efforts from you and your podiatry team during
my initial recovery period.
Thank you once again for your superb care and support. Your dedication to patient
health is truly remarkable.”

“I had a severe toothache and ended up going to the ER early in the morning today. They referred me to the emergency dental department on the 2nd floor, where I waited to be seen by a doctor. The pain was so intense I couldn’t stop crying. For the past four months, I’d been trying to get a root canal done, but without success. I had seen two different dentists, and both of them told me they couldn’t proceed because my mouth wouldn’t numb properly, even after multiple injections.
The pain had gotten so bad that it spread to my ears. I was desperate. When the Dr. Labelle finally came in, I explained everything—how much pain I was in and how previous dentists couldn’t numb the area. I was pleading for help. My 8-year-old daughter was with me through it all.
Dr. Labelle was amazing. She was gentle and compassionate. With just one injection, my mouth finally began to go numb, and she was able to perform the procedure. I’m so grateful—I truly feel like she saved me. The tooth pain was unbearable, but now, 7–8 hours later, I feel no pain at all. It’s completely gone.
Thank you so much, Dr. Labelle. I’m incredibly thankful for your care. This was my first visit to this hospital, and I’m beyond impressed. I genuinely love this hospital now. Thank you again!“
