Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is proud to announce that the New York State Department of Health has awarded our Positive Health Management (PHM) team a new three-year grant. Totaling nearly $1.5 million over the grant period, these funds will be instrumental in providing comprehensive treatment and case management services for MSM patients living with HIV.
We extend our sincere congratulations to Natasha Jackson, Program Director for Behavioral Health and Positive Health Management, whose leadership was vital in securing this achievement.
