Our multidisciplinary provider teams offer comprehensive breast and cancer care for patients with breast problems, breast cancer, suspicious or benign breast abnormalities, melanoma, and skin cancers. We also provide high-risk surveillance for asymptomatic patients.

Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any updates to patient files and other necessary paperwork.
If you must cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule at a more convenient time. Please provide 24 hours notice so we can make the time available to other patients.
Please make sure to bring the following information/documents to your appointment:
- Photo ID
- Current insurance card
- Copayment, if required
- All test results and imaging that have been performed outside of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center (i.e., lab results, CD of images, radiology reports)
- Past medical records you feel are applicable to your health
- If you have Medicare, your pharmacy insurance drug card

Dr. Siarhei Melnikau is our Division Chief of Breast Surgery and is a board-certified, fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist. Dr. Melnikau’s clinical and research interests are focused on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and benign breast pathology.
He, along with other Wyckoff Heights Medical Center’s breast cancer specialists, are trained and experienced in using the latest, most effective treatment techniques. From diagnosis to treatment, our multidisciplinary team will work together to ensure all your needs are met and all cancer treatment options are considered to achieve best possible results, positive outcomes, and best quality of life.
