The Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a full-time, 12-month salaried position with benefits. The inaugural AGPCNP Fellowship cohort starts in October 2025 and continues through the end of September 2026.  The fellowship provides comprehensive training for new-graduate Nurse Practitioners with an emphasis on delivering primary care in an ethnically-diverse setting.

Based out of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, a safety-net hospital with satellite ambulatory primary and specialty clinic sites, this fellowship program intends to provide a combination of clinical and didactic training to expand the facility’s footprint in its community of service, increasing accessibility and optimizing the health of its diverse patient population. Successful applicants demonstrate a desire to provide impactful and evidence-based primary care.

Qualifications:

• Graduates within 18 months of completion of a Master’s or DNP Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program
• Certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
