Visitor Information – Wyckoff

Visitor Information

Visitor Information

Family members and loved ones are an important part of a patient’s journey to recovery and well-being.

Visiting Hours

While visitors are permitted, there are some restrictions in place to ensure the health of everyone in the hospital – staff, patients, and visitors – as we deal with the reality of the Covid-19 virus.
As of December 22, 2021, the following restrictions are in place:

  • ONE FAMILY MEMBER WILL BE ALLOWED TO VISIT AT A TIME: Family members of critically ill patients, upon approval by the Intensive Care Unit attending physician or Intensive Care Unit Patient Care Manager
  • ONE PARENT WILL BE ALLOWED AT A TIME: Parent of children being treated in our Pediatric Emergency Department or Pediatric Inpatient Service
  • ONE RELATIVE AT A TIME; Relatives of patients with imminent end-of-life situations
  • ONE SUPPORT PERSON AT A TIME: Childbirth
  • ONE RELATIVE/COMPANION AT A TIME: Patients with intellectual/developmental and/or cognitive disabilities

We understand the constraints these restrictions place on our patients and their loved ones, but with everyone’s cooperation, we hope to limit the spread of Covid-19 as much as possible.

Gift Shop

For your convenience, a gift shop is located in the main lobby of the hospital. Gift and baby items, toiletries, newspapers, magazines, cards, candy, and snacks, as well as fresh flowers, are available.
Please be aware that balloons are prohibited from the hospital.

Cafeteria

Our Food and Nutrition Department has transformed the cafeteria into a healthy eating oasis by committing to the exclusive use of fresh ingredients and from-scratch cooking. The cafeteria is located on the second floor of the hospital, where complete food services are provided.
