About the Director of Neurosurgery

Dr. Randy D'Amico, after graduating from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience/Psychology, Dr. D'Amico attended Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/ UMDNJ. While a medical student, Dr. D'Amico became a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society.

Dr. D'Amico then went to train as a Neurosurgery Resident at Columbia University Medical Center, where he became Chief Resident and won the exclusive Doris Duke Research Fellowship. Dr. D'Amico has been successful in his academic career with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals as well as book chapters.

Since beginning in 2018, Dr. D’Amico has expanded the brain and spine program at Wyckoff. He also currently splits his time between Wyckoff and Lenox Hill Hospital, where he sub-specializes in the treatment of brain and spinal cord tumors.
